"Just because you've become a young woman now...

...you better shop around."

So, I am sitting here, watching Charmed, and drinking a glass of wine. If you note the time, it is a hair after 4. Yeah, I am bored...and a bum. So here I am, writing.





Quick update: I am starting my job in Washington DC on June 18 and I fly out the 17. I will be working for the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine, which is sponsored by Congress. I will be acting as an Operations Manager for 3 10-day conferences and I get 5 days off in between each conference.





This translates into: Clothes! Lots and lots of clothes. I need to dress up 6 days out of each 10, and for those of you who haven't been to DC in the summer, it is hot. Thus, I have been buying clothes. Lots of 'em.

These are the clothes I have bought within the past 3 weeks. 2 pairs of pants, 1 skirt, 2 jackets, 1 dress, and 4 shirts. I also bought a 5 piece set of luggage to get me from point A to point B. Ugh. All that on top of my plane ticket is leaving my wallet emptier than I'd like it to be.

But it'll be worth it!
